Recall / Recare Specialist
 
We are seeking a part time Recall / Recare Coordinator.

With this position,you will be responsible for calling on recare patients to coordinate their unscheduled treatment while maximizing production using an effective recall/recare program. Assist the front desk team when necessary to provide excellent customer service at all times.

Experience with Dentrix dental software is a very helpful. Candidates need to be extremely organized, detailed oriented and have exceptional telephone skills.

Dental Insurance knowledge with the ability to present and close on patient treatment plans is critical for the success in this position.

Excellent verbal skills are expected as you will be corresponding on a daily basis with our patients and employees to fill all provider schedules.

Mondays and Thursdays with flexibility to add days to your schedule as the practice grows.
