Performance Plus has assisted many practitioners achieve their professional and personal goals since its inception in 1995. Performance Plus views each practice as unique. Each practitioner has a different set of goals and different set of obstacles. This is why customization is key for the solutions.
Financially Hurt: They have been practicing for over 15 years and does not understand why their practice is not growing or is at a point they cannot pay themselves. They feel they have a great staff. Very loyal and devoted. However, they are uncertain of what is wrong or where to begin.
Under Pressure to Perform: They just bought a practice; therefore, have accumulated a huge debt. Their goal is to pay off that debt as soon as possible and to have the practice produce revenue quickly.
Having No Life: They find themselves working long hours… to the point it has affected their personal life. They do not get the change to spend time with their Children or significant others. They feel the practice is more like a prison and begin to wonder if they made a good career decision. This is not what they envisioned when they bought the practice.
Looking to Expand: They are ready to purchase a second practice or to bring on an associate. They are wondering how will they run two offices? How will they monitor the “pulse” of both practices? How does the associate need to perform for the practice to keep them on board? How will they grow the practice to prove patients for their associate?
Hostage: They find themselves hating to go to work. Their own practice. One or more employees have caused tension amongst the team and they practitioner does not know how to address it. They are uncertain how it got so bad. They wonder what caused this dilemma. They are afraid to terminate the employee due to recourse. In some cases, the practitioner feels hostage.
Wanting More: The practice is doing well. Systems are set. The practitioner was informed by their accountant they should be making more.
The list can go on and on. The point here, is that every practice is unique in its goals, challenges and solutions. Performance Plus understands this and spends a great deal of time with their practitioners to identify the goals they want not only for their practice, but for their personal life.
