Operations and Training Facilitator

Cindy Vince is the Operations and Training Facilitator for Performance Plus, Inc.  In her previous roles, she was responsible for hiring qualified staff and training, in addition to performing typical management responsibilities.  This experience provides her with valuable insight regarding the skills that practices need, which in turn helps her recruit only the most highly skilled individuals.

Mrs. Vince is responsible for finding and screening our candidates for temporary positions.  She arranges the appropriate training for each” new” hire. She also receives orders from dental practices for temporary assignments and matches the best available candidate to the specific skills, abilities, and personalities required by that practice.

Additionally, Ms Vince was instrumental in setting up the Radiograph Training programs and handles the management and running of the training center.   She coordinates all the events both on and off site, including but not limited to CPR, Radiograph, DSBC and many others.

Ms. Vince has been highly praised as hard-working, focused, results-oriented and “no nonsense,” while at the same time remaining empathetic to co-workers and clients.  She comes highly recommended by numerous clients, who trust her as their go-to person for answers, ideas or support, and have praised her for her ability to be organized, to multi-task, and for having a great rapport with clients and co-workers.
