Patricia Casasanta, RDH the President of Performance Plus. A graduate of University of Detroit Mercy, Patricia has invaluable clinical work experience as a lead hygienist as well as with multiple fill-in positions at various dental practices throughout Metro Detroit. She has a continues to play a vital role in the development and implementation of protocols to ensure an effective non-surgical periodontal program in many area practices. She recognized the widespread need for these programs and has been teaching the concepts to practices for the past 20 years.

While Working with these practices, Patricia felt there was a strong need for quality personnel as well as accessible, cutting edge training & development to accommodate a practices' day-to-day and growth needs. In 1995, she founded Performance Plus to support practices with temporary & permanent personnel services, to provide numerous training programs and to assist clients with various levels of practice and hygiene consulting.
