Account Management

• Focusing the practice away from being “ insurance focused” & more on the dental needs of the practice.
• Understand Effective Insurance Management
• Create Standardized Operating Procedures on Processing Statements and Collections
• Review, tweak, and introduce other programs to the practice’s financial arrangements
• Monitor KPI(key performance Indices) such as collections, write offs, adjustments…..
