Crystal Lohn, Director of Human Resources at Performance Plus, has over 15 years of experience working within the health and hospitality industries. Throughout her career, she has gained invaluable human resource training and employee relations knowledge.
During Crystal’s tenure with Marriott International, she managed several hotels and was promoted throughout the Detroit market. This work experience was the beginning of a solid Human Resource Management career. Additionally, nine years as a Corporate Director of Human Resources in the hospitality industry and over four years in the healthcare industry have gained Crystal a proven reputation as an effective, hands-on resource for all employment needs.
Specialties include HR consulting, talent acquisition, legal compliance, implementation and creation of policies and procedures, as well as overall process improvements.
